Our Conscious Body Balm is made with only the best ingredients:

Infused Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Organic Cocoa Butter, Vegan Candelilla Wax, High quality essential Oils.

We've teamed up with Sendle an Australian based company to offer carbon neutral delivery completely free, meaning you get your goodies quicker and help save the planet at the same time. Where Sendle doesn’t operate we rely on our friends at Australia Post.

 

Tracking: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.

Duties & Taxes:

Conscious Body Co is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties & Taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to duties.


Incorrect postage details or non-collection

If an order is returned to us due to the incorrect delivery address being entered, or for any other fault made by the purchaser, any re-delivery fees will need to be paid before we re-send the order. Human error happens, however we cannot and will not cover for this. 

Please note the original postage costs will not be refunded & the FULL amount of return postage costs will be at the buyer’s expense (this amount may be higher than the flat rate postage cost originally charged). If a refund is required, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy

REFUND/ RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We manufacture in small batches to ensure a fresh, quality product.

Our products should be stored below 30 deg C, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and with caps closed, where applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us via the I'm Plastic Free platform so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Change of Mind
If you would like to exchange your product for something else, please contact us through the I'm Plastic Free Marketplace.

Products must be sealed and in their original condition and your exchange will only be approved once we have received and inspected the goods. You will be responsible for the shipping fees for a change of mind exchange.

If you are not happy with your product, then please contact us via the I'm Plastic Free platform. We are more than happy to discuss this with you and will consider a refund based on your situation.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
