Not only is our Botanical Salt Soaks made with premium grade Epsom salts, we also blend through beautiful dried botanicals and oils. 

A versatile product, use it for baths, foot soaks or use it as a body scrub base by blending a small amount of the salts with a carrier oil such as coconut or sweet almond oil.

Average processing time: 1-3 business  - most items are in stock unless stated so we aim to get your order out to you as quick as possible! 

Most parcels will be authority to leave, please make a note in the note section at checkout if you wish for your parcel to be Signature on delivery. If you are not home to sign for your parcel, the parcel will be taken to your nearest pickup center or post office where you will have to go and collect. 

Please note the delivery driver is authorized to leave your order unattended on your premises. If you select this shipping option, we take no responsibility if your order goes missing after it is delivered to the address you have provided.

In some cases (depending on the delivery driver), if they deem it as ‘unsafe’ to leave your parcel or are unable to access your property, it may still need to be collected from your local post office or delivery centre. 

Once your order has been shipped, delivery to most Australian metro areas is usually 3-6 business days. However, please allow ‘up to’ 2 weeks. For rural Areas & TAS/WA, please allow ‘up to’ 3 weeks for delivery.

All orders are shipped from within Australia.

Incorrect postage details or non collection

If an order is returned to us due to the incorrect delivery address being entered, or for any other fault made by the purchaser, any re-delivery fees will need to be paid before we re-send the order. Human error happens, however we cannot and will not cover for this. 

Please note the original postage costs will not be refunded & the FULL amount of return postage costs will be at the buyers expense (this amount may be higher than the flat rate postage cost originally charged). If a refund is required, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 


Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are some excluded items that can not be returned due to health & safety, we are strict on this so please consider your items before committing to your purchase. 

Damaged or faulty products.

Please inspect your order once it has been delivered & notify us within 24 hours if an item has arrived damaged or defective. If we are liable for the fault, we will organize a replacement/refund as quickly as possible. All refunds will be in full, including any shipping costs incurred. The damaged item may need to be returned (at our expense) before a replacement/refund is issued. Photo evidence is required, if you cannot provide a photo we will not proceed with the return or refund. 

Change of mind: No refunds will be given for change of mind

ALL bath and body products and Dish paste CAN NOT be returned or refunded due to health reasons. Items that are under our non-returnable policy have it stated on the product description page. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through your Order Tab on the I'M PLASTIC FREE Marketplace.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless faulty or Damaged.
